About WK Curtiss
WK Curtiss migrated south from Pennsylvania and eventually ended up in Georgia where he lives with his wife of forty-three years.
He has always loved writing, especially fiction and started at an early age. When he isn't writing he is gardening or spending time with his grandchildren. After retiring from a long career in Police Communications, he decided it was time to bring some of his story ideas to life to be shared with others.
Faith in Jesus the Messiah has touched every aspect of life for WK Curtiss, including storytelling. His writing explores what happens when ordinary people are called to extraordinary purpose — where prayer is not passive, and where faith demands action. Through his characters, he invites readers to ask difficult questions and trust that the answers can be found.
From my garden
Writing Inspiration
WK draws his inspiration from a lifelong effort to walk by faith—though not always successful. Failure demonstrates that without the Holy Spirit, we cannot be faithful. It is not in this life that we will obtain perfection—it is only in the life to come. It is in our failures that we more fully feel the presence of our Heavenly Father, who never abandons us, but like the father in the parable of the prodigal son, is always waiting and watching for our return.
